4 Months Old!

Keller went for his 4 month check up last Thursday. I will probably say this a million times, but I can't believe how fast he is growing! It really is amazing. My little bug changes every day, and I wish time would just slow down! (exactly the opposite of how I felt at the end of my pregnancy!). The doctor's visit went well. Keller is a healthy chunky monkey :) He's 16.9 lbs and 26 in. Thats the 80th percentile for weight and 90th for height. We've got a linebacker on our hands no doubt! I'm going to have to start looking for a new carseat soon, unbelievable. Of course the little guy had to get another round of shots, but he did great. Just a quick cry (which broke my heart) and then all better!

As I mentioned, Keller is changing every day. His latest trick is squealing. I mean pretty much non-stop squeals of happiness. I guess he is testing out his high range :) He still loves "lap surfing" and pulls up to sitting and standing very well. He gets tummy time every day to work on rolling over, but is not a big fan. We have been reading a lot to Keller lately, and he really loves it. He is actually starting to follow the pictures in the book and touch the "fuzzy" books. The doctor gave us the ok to start trying solids! We will probably start that endeavor in a couple weeks. I'm really excited to see his reaction. Keller is a very happy baby. Unfortunately, he is so happy and has so much fun, that lately he has not been very interested in naps. He has 2 to 3, 1 hour naps a day. It makes for a full day for mom and dad, but he is sleeping 7pm to 7am at night, so we can't complain!

Below are a few recent pictures, as well as some pictures from Easter since I didn't get a chance to post those.  Easter was fantastic, with a great easter egg hunt with all of Keller's cousins! We've also been taking a monthly picture of Keller in the UGA bean bag. I've posted below for comparison, he is growing up so quick!
