Nala mid-bark…no surprise there |
Also in November, Keller had his big debut in his big boy bed! I will admit I was a little scared, and not sure if we were pushing him too early. Boy was I wrong. He absolutely loves his new room and we have yet (crossing fingers) to have any issue with him being out of the crib. I thought there would be more to blog about on this topic, but thankfully he has transitioned without flaw! Which brings me to the 2nd reason that this blog is dedicated to Grandma Deb… his new "Cars, Trucks, and Things That Go" room would not be so special if it weren't for her. Grandma Deb painted the artwork you see below, and she did an amazing job! We are very thankful for having such a talented Grandma :) The room has a few more hooks to be hung and window treatments, but you get the picture…
As usual we have SO much to be thankful for this year. First and foremost, our beautiful baby boy who has turned into a fun-loving, laid back, kind and gentle little man (just like his Daddy!), and our soon to be baby girl. When no one thought this family made little ladies, we were blessed with the 1st. We are very thankful for that and cannot wait to meet HER!!!
We are also thankful to have a loving and successful marriage (3 years baby!), and an amazing group of friends and family always supporting us and showing us love to make it that much easier.
I am thankful for having a smooth (all things considered) pregnancy so far. I just started the 3rd (and final!) trimester. The nursery preparations have begun and with Christmas and Keller's birthday around the corner, I know she will be here in no time.
