Keller turned 9 months this week, and I can't say it enough, time is flying! He is getting so big, Here are his latest stats: 30 inches long (95%), 22lbs and 2.5oz (75%), and 18in head circ (60%). His latest tricks include crawling backwards (so far just a few "steps" forward), eating lots and all on his own, holding his own bottle, "cutie pie", high fives and clapping, and he said "MA MA"! (another of the many heart melting moments) He has started to pull himself up a couple times, but I think once he is really on the move with the crawling he'll be pulling up everywhere. It's really time to get to babyproofing! Keller also has 4 new teeth coming down from the top. His mouth is a little sore when eating but other than that he is his usual happy self. I am pretty sure I've said this just about every month, but 9 months is the best age! My lovebug is such a happy baby, he will still snuggle, and he is doing new things and learning different tricks all the time. Sean and I are having such a blast!
As usual October has been a busy month. This week in particular is a big week for our little family as Monday was Sean and I's 2nd anniversary, Keller turned 9 months on Tuesday, and Sean turned 30 today! Since the last post we have been watching lots of Georgia football, went on first hike in the pack (which bug LOVED, so that was exciting!), took the first of many trips to Charleston, attended lots of birthday parties, and took the first trip to Bert's Farm to pick out a pumpkin. I am really looking forward to all of the holidays to come. Everything from grocery shopping to sitting at home to vacations and holidays is so much more fun and exciting with our bug! Keller is going to be a dinosaur for Halloween (assuming he still fits in the costume, otherwise its going to be a surprise last minute decision).
